Shipping & Charges

SHIPPING

Order will be fulfilled within 1-3 working days of receipt. If we receive your order before 13:00 London local time UK, we may be able to process and ship that same working day unless there is an Event Outside Our Control. (This phrase is defined below). If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date because of an Event Outside Our Control, we will contact you with a revised estimated delivery date. Estimated delivery times by country can be viewed here.

Delivery will be completed when we deliver the Products to the address you gave us.

Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we’re unable to change this once an order has been placed.

Before we can dispatch your order, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.

We insure each purchase whilst in transit and until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence.

UPS/ DHL and DPD can deliver to certain destinations without obtaining a signature. Please note, that if you choose this option and no signature is collected, either leaving in a safe place or with a neighbour, you agree to our terms and conditions and, confirm that RUHA can leave your package(s) outside the premises at the shipping address provided by you or with a neighbour without obtaining a signature for proof of delivery and take full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur. On occasion, DHL or DPD may refuse to deliver your order if they are of the opinion that the shipping address is considered to be unsafe.

INTERNATIONAL SALES AND DELIVERY

Any import duties and taxes will be added at our checkout, however any extra local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping too is responsible by the recipient. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing an order if you know of additional charges.

DELIVERY TIMES AND CHARGES

Some items are held in stock but most of my collections are made to order. If an item is in stock it will be dispatched as soon as possible, usually within 5 days of placing the order. 
All delivery charges will be added at check out and then an estimated time will be added according to when you made the order. 

Made-to-order pieces will have lead times mentioned in the product description.

Any time or date stated for delivery is an estimate only.


If you require an item urgently for a special date or event please contact us at info@ruha.co.uk and we will try to accommodate any special requests. We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination.(PLEASE READ OUR INTERNATIONAL SALES CLAUSE)

POSTAGE AND PAYMENT

  • Delivery times are for in stock products only, most pieces are made to order where delivery times may vary.
  • All deliveries are tracked and some must be signed for.
  • Please be aware that UK public holidays will affect your expected delivery date. When placing your order the expected delivery date will be clearly shown during the checkout process.
  • Please note we are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays.

Payment method

Payment is accepted in pounds sterling, in the following forms:

  • Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Debit Card) by chip and pin only.
  • Direct Bank Transfer
