Bespoke Service

All Bespoke commissions are made to order and thus cannot be exchanged or refunded. Once your order has been made we require a fifty percent deposit on start of the order and then the remaining amount prior to delivery of your item.

The Bespoke orders also offers commissions for one off pieces, family heirlooms and individual custom pieces for special occasions so please do get in touch with us at info@ruha.co.uk.
